Wigan Town Centre Access Study

Through the Wigan Town Centre Strategic Regeneration Framework (SRF), Wigan Council has identified a range of interventions needed to support the regeneration of Wigan town centre in response to the challenges faced by regional town centres and high streets around the country. The SRF is a single integrated plan for the strategic redevelopment of Wigan, which identifies a clear set of interventions in the short, medium and long term to guide growth and to help deliver the transformational change that is required through regeneration in the town.
